In the 1841 to 1861 census Nicholas and family were living at Old Hall (not to be confused with Old Hall Cottage or Old Hall Farm) that had been bequeathed to Henry Uridge, so had Nicholas purchased this from Henry or had Henry sold it when he moved to Fletching?      Ann married Richard URIDGE, son of John URIDGE and Rebecca JEFF.2 Ann married William WILMSHURST on 4 May 1802 at Buxted, Sussex, by banns, in the presence of Thomas WILMSHURST & Thos WEAVE.1,3
She was mentioned in John URIDGE's will made on 7 January 1808.4,1,5,6,7

Research Note: It is likely that the Ann Uridge who married William Wilmshurst is not a daughter of John and Rebecca. She is not in the 1782 will and all the other living children are. She is probably the widow of Richard URIDGE who then married William WILMSHURST who was referred to in the will of John URIDGE (1746-1808) as his brother-in-law.8
