     Ann WHITWELL was born between 1804 and 1809 in Whittlesey Fen, Whittlesey, Cambridgeshire.3,4 Ann married William HARE, son of Thomas HARE and Jane BROWN, on 21 November 1826 at Doddington, Cambridgeshire, botp in the presence of Mary HARE and Mary WARBY.5,6,4,2
In the census of 6 June 1841 at Doddington, Cambridgeshire, she was listed as the wife of William HARE (an Agricultural Labourer, assumed to be liviing with this wife Ann, and their children Thomas, Sarah, Joseph, Reuben, and Bartholomew.)7
In the census of 30 March 1851 at Fortye's Hall, Welches Dam, Cambridgeshire, she was listed as aged 37 born in Whittlesey, the wife of William HARE (an Agricultural Labourer, living with his wife Ann, and their children Sarah Ann, Joseph, Reuben, Bartholemew, Soloman, and Mary Jane. Also listed was their grand-daughter Mary Ann.)8
She was listed in the census of 30 March 1851 at Welches Dam, Cambridgeshire.4
In the census of 7 April 1861 at Station Road, Wimblington, Cambridgeshire, she was listed as aged 57 born in Wimblington, the wife of William HARE (an Agricultural Labourer, living with his wife Ann, and their children Sarah Ann, and Mary Jane. Also listed was their grand-daughter Mary Ann.)9
In the census of 2 April 1871 at Chapel Lane, Wimblington, Cambridgeshire, she was listed as aged 68 born in March, the wife of William HARE (an Agricultural Labourer, living with his wife Ann, and their daughter Mary Jane.)10
